We’re back! Because we ran out of shrinking tape on Monday, we had to wait for it to be shipped in the mail. Luckily for us that wasn’t the only thing to arrive last night with the Midnite Charge Controller coming in as well. Today we continued to wrap up the front of the car and began shrink wrapping it the back of the car. Today’s good news is that we found out that the solar panels were not damaged when the charge controller shorted out. The bad news is the arduino (a small computer that controls the telemetry) did get damaged. However we think that it can be fixed. With the race less than a month away we are really glad that we are almost done both finishing and repairing the car!
