Today was a great success! We left for the track this morning at 6:45 and we got to the pits by 7:00. To get ready for the track this morning, Travis and Jacob pressurized the car tires and greased the chains, Landry taught Noah how to use the Pi-top and Arduino-based telemetry, Jaxson got ready to drive, and I set up the radios and got the car into position. We really appreciated the Wylie East support from my Mom and Grandma on the starting line (if you want to be in our starting line photo, please arrive by 8:50). We were extremely happy that our car did not break down today on the track. This was done so in large part to the expert driving of Jaxson and Landry as well as the scouting done by Jacob. We’ll find out results tomorrow, so stay tuned!
